1. I’m unable to complete my payment. What should I do?
Please make sure you are using the correct payment method for your currency :
Credit card payment in euros → use Ogone
Other currencies, international bank transfers, or alternative payment methods (Alipay, UnionPay, etc.) → use Flywire
If the payment failed, please do not attempt multiple payments in a row. Wait 20 minutes, refresh the page, and try again.
For credit card payments: Make sure your card allows online payments (check your balance and spending limit) and ensure that you validate the 3D Secure authentication.
2. How do I choose between Ogone and Flywire?Comment choisir entre Ogone et Flywire?
Use Ogone for :
Credit card payment in euros
Use Flywire for :
Credit card payments in foreign currencies (non-euro) or local payment methods (such as Alipay, etc.)
Bank transfers (in any currency, including euros)
3. My payment has been debited but does not appear as "completed" on the portal. What should I do?
Please wait at least 24 hours. Updates may sometimes be delayed. In any case, you should have received a payment confirmation email.
If the status does not update:
Check your payment receipt
Contact support (support@admissionsatessec.freshdesk.com ) with your applicant ID and proof of payment (screenshot, receipt, etc.).
4. I was redirected to a payment page that does not load or remains blank.
Try using a different browser or disabling your pop-up/cookie blocker
Try using a different device or network
If the issue persists, contact support (support@admissionsatessec.freshdesk.com) with a screenshot.
5. I want to change my payment method or resume an interrupted payment.
If the payment has not been validated, you can return to your online application portal in order to reset the process.
If the payment was made via Flywire, return to the payment platform from your applicant portal by clicking “Please resume your payment” or via the Flywire email you received:
You will then be able to cancel or resume your payment:
In case of payment cancellation, you can return to the applicant portal to initiate a new payment by selecting your preferred payment method.
6. Can I pay the application fees and the deposit using the same payment method?
Yes, but depending on the currency:
In euros : Ogone (credit card payment)
In foreign currencies or bank transfer (any currency, including euros): Flywire
For each type of payment (application fees / deposit), follow the instructions displayed on the portal.
