After completing all elements of an online application, the candidate would be required to pay his /her application fees. Kindly note that an application is reviewed/ processed by the Admissions Department only when the application fees is paid by the candidate and after it is received by the Admissions Department.
Depending on the country of residence, it is also important to note that sometimes a mode of payment may not work, the transaction is cancelled or may take some time to reach us. In this case, it is advisable to send a mail from online application to the admissions department, in order to inform them of the payment problem a candidate is facing, in order to avoid the delay in reviewing/ processing of the candidates' application.
To facilitate the fee payment and avoid any potential inconveniences, three modes of application fees payment are available in the online application itself. They are as follows:

1. Payment via Credit card:
Kindly follow the following steps in your application to pay via Credit card -
Login to your online application
Once you click on the "Application Fee" bar, two options will appear
1. Payment via Credit card
2. Payment of application fees for candidates outside the Euro zone.
If you wish to pay by Credit card, kindly click on the first option to follow the steps and click on "Save and Close"
2. Payment of application fees for candidates outside the Euro zone/ Payment via Flywire:
If you are a candidate residing outside the Euro zone and are facing problems to pay by Credit card, you could use the second option in your application which is Payment of application fees for candidates outside the Euro zone. This option is also referred to as Payment by Flywire as the candidate is redirected towards the payment portal Flywire automatically from his/her application in order to facilitate fee payment.
3. Payment via bank transfer:
Payment by bank transfer is permitted to the candidates in rare circumstances upon request, only if they are unable to pay via the above mentioned payment modes. With the help of this mode of payment, the candidate could also pay via a bank transfer to ESSEC Business School's account. For this, the candidate should send a mail to the Admissions Department informing them about the payment failure and/or the problems faced while paying the application fees at ESSEC Admissions .
