Important information
The Global BBA International Admissions are open to candidates who are currently pursuing or have already graduated with a Secondary Education Diploma equivalent but other than the French Baccalaureate.
Kindly note that:
- You are allowed to apply only once per academic year to the program.
- It is not possible to switch campuses after you have submitted your application.
- We remind you that we do not accept documents sent by email or by post.
Before you complete your online application, read the information related to the program. Special attention must be given to the application requirements, the application schedule and the selection process available on our website.
Do NOT wait for the last day to submit your application file online. Incomplete applications (this includes missing fee payment, missing reference letter, missing tests scores, inaccurate documents…) by the deadline will be automatically archived and not considered anymore.
The Online application user guide is available here.
Online application file
Every part of the online application is taken into account while assessing your application. We strongly encourage candidates to fill in conscientiously every single part of the online application file.
Online application Sections
The online application consists of independent sections that you can complete at your own pace. You can go back to each section and amend it as often as you want until you finally submit it.
Kindly note that once your application is submitted it cannot be changed, so make sure that each section has been filled in carefully before submitting your application.
Reference letters (or letters of recommendation)- Optional
Recommendation letters are optional, however, we strongly recommend you to enter and save two referees details as soon as possible to allow them enough time to submit their online reference letters. Once done, an email will be sent automatically to your referees inviting them to fill out your reference letter online.
Please make sure you provide a professional email address to automatically authenticate your reference letter.
Kindly note that relatives are not suitable referees.
Both reference letters have to be filled in by academic referees (Counselors, Professors, Dean of your school...).
You can directly check on your application portal if your reference letters have been received by the admissions office.
For more information, do not hesitate to have a look at our Referees FAQ.
English score
The English test is not required if the last 2 years of your academic curriculum are taught entirely in English.
If not, a valid minimum English test score is mandatory - See the minimum score at the application requirements page
It can take several months to prepare and register for an exam slot, so keep this in mind before starting your application as, without the test score official result, it will be incomplete.
Essays (additional questions)
Application essays are your opportunity to tell us more about yourself and detail your interests, values and goals. We are interested in what motivates you, evidence of team work, why you are looking to pursue a Global Bachelor in Business Administration and what you will bring to the ESSEC community. Essays are a vital part of your application and we recommend that you spend a significant amount of time in their preparation. They must be specific to the current application and written in English only.
Each essay must not exceed 500 words.
Supporting documents
Academic material (enrollment certificate, transcripts, diploma…) must be official.
Supporting documents must be uploaded in PDF format except your photo.
Only one upload per section is allowed, so make sure you merge in one single PDF file all pages, if needed. Compressed files cannot be uploaded in the online application.
All documents must be provided either in English or French for Cergy and Rabat campuses and in English only for Singapore campus.
If one of the mandatory document is missing at the deadline, your application file will remain incomplete and will be archived.
Submit your online application
At this stage, the "Submit and pay application fee" button will be available at the top of the application sections.
Pay the application fee
Once submitted, you will be asked to pay the application fee.
Only application files with fees paid will be reviewed by the admission committee.
